Scottsdale Off-Road Desert Jeep Tours
The Scottsdale desert is the perfect place for an off-road Jeep tour. You’ll find all of the stunning scenery you’re familiar with from Old West movies, stretched out around you in full-color panoramic views! Experiencing the Arizona desert is unique and awe-inspiring experience, and doing so from the comfort of an off-roading capable Jeep is something else entirely. Together, we’ll challenge the rough desert terrain throughout the Tonto National Forest with nothing more than a powerful engine, seat belts, and some impressive tread on our tires. You’ll get to experience exhilaration and beauty like never before as we explore the creatures and plants that live in the seemingly uninhabitable wasteland with its starkly stunning landscapes. We’ll explore the locations of the Great Western Trail, bump through more vigorous trails to discover the Verde River, tracing lines through the unforgiving desert, and possibly even catch glimpses of roaming wildlife. You’ll be able to experience the wild and captivating beauty of the West while experiencing pure adventure in a Jeep Wrangler JK or YJ.
Our 3 and 4-hour tours feature historical sites, habitat information, craft beer, and a whole new way to experience the strange and stunning parts of our local desert. Book your unique tour for your birthday, anniversary, bachelor or bachelorette party, corporate events, and more today.

WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing that will show up well in your photographs (there will be plenty!). Closed-toe shoes are required for when we venture out on foot at our designated stopping points. During the fall and winter months be sure to bring a jacket. Temperatures in the desert can drop significantly even when it’s comfortable during the daytime.
Off-Road Jeep Adventures is a special recreation permit-holder through the U.S. Department of Agriculture: Cave Creek Ranger District and the U.S. Department of the Interior: Bureau of Land Management. We will be located northwest of Rio Verde, northeast of Scottsdale, west of the Verde River, and southeast of Cave Creek.
Note: From the months of September to April, the Jeep doors and tops will be off for open-air excursions. If you prefer to have the doors and tops on during your excursion, please let us know in advance.
Health restrictions: Off-road Jeep tours are rough, bumpy rides through rigorous terrain. Our off-road Jeep tours are not suitable for guests with back problems, neck problems, motion sickness, pregnancy, major medical conditions, or any other health condition that can be aggravated by a bumpy ride through rough terrain.
