Scottsdale City Jeep Tour
Experience historic Scottsdale from an open-air Jeep Wrangler. Our comprehensive urban Jeep tour covers 50 miles of historical and cultural sites throughout the city of Scottsdale, Arizona. We start with a scenic parkway drive along the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, visit the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Reservation, Chaplain Winfield Scott’s original farm, Old Town Scottsdale, Papago Park, Camelback Mountain, and several other historical and scenic sites in and around Scottsdale, including the site where German soldiers dug a tunnel to escape a WWII prisoner of war camp.

What to Wear

Off-Road Jeep Adventures is a special recreation permit-holder through the U.S. Department of Agriculture: Cave Creek Ranger District and the U.S. Department of the Interior: Bureau of Land Management. We will be located northwest of Rio Verde, northeast of Scottsdale, west of the Verde River, and southeast of Cave Creek.
Note: From the months of September to April, the Jeep doors and tops will be off for open-air excursions. If you prefer to have the doors and tops on during your excursion, please let us know in advance.
Health restrictions: Off-road Jeep tours are rough, bumpy rides through rigorous terrain. Our off-road Jeep tours are not suitable for guests with back problems, neck problems, motion sickness, pregnancy, major medical conditions, or any other health condition that can be aggravated by a bumpy ride through rough terrain.
